Let me start by saying I’m 28 and had never thought about whitening my teeth before—I always thought they looked “okay.” Turns out I was wrong.

The kit includes 20 treatments plus 2 bonus 1-Hour Express treatments. You use one treatment per day, each with two strips (upper and lower teeth), so the full process takes about 20 days, plus the bonus treatments if you choose to use them. Just make sure to follow the directions and stay consistent.
For reference, I took photos throughout the process under similar lighting: Day 1 (before), Day 10 (halfway), Day 20 (end), and after the two 1-Hour Express treatments (Days 21–22). Photos may vary slightly due to lighting and angles.
Overall, the results went beyond my expectations.
I have naturally more yellow teeth and also my two front teeth are visibly different color (don’t know why), and it makes me selfconsious about my smile, even tough my teeth are straight etc. Wasn’t first sure how the strips would react to different colored teeth, but to my surprise - it evened them out and made it more bright. Transformation pic is after one set/package. (The toilet light is a bit warm toned, so I added picture from outside to compare + the outside pic was taken 2 months after treatment, so yes it holds in my opinion. Pic is not edited, just zoomed so thats why bad quality.) Now ordering my second package to just brighten up a bit more - 6 months after first use. So one super happy customer here!!Yes, it did ache a little on my teeth, but nothing that I couldn’t handle.
